The tensile test space is strategically positioned above the mainframe, while the compression and bending test spaces are allocated between the mainframe’s lower crossbeam and the worktable—facilitating seamless specimen loading/unloading and flexible switching between different test modes.

The integrated data measurement and control system incorporates a high-precision A/D converter, which independently acquires force, displacement, and deformation data with exceptional signal fidelity. This system is characterized by superior measurement accuracy and reliable operational performance, fully complying with the technical requirements of GB, ISO, ASTM, and other international/national standards for metallic material mechanical property tests, including tensile, compression, bending, and shear tests.

1.Overload Protection


When the applied test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force, the system’s overload protection mechanism will be automatically triggered, and the oil pump motor will immediately shut down. This safeguard prevents structural damage to the equipment and ensures the safety of test operations.


2.Piston Upper Limit Protection


When the hydraulic piston travels to its upper mechanical limit position, the built-in limit protection system will activate, and the oil pump motor will cease operation instantly. This function avoids mechanical collisions caused by piston overtravel.


3.Beam Lower Limit Protection


When the crossbeam descends to the preset position, the dedicated limit protection mechanism will be engaged, and the reducer will stop functioning immediately. This prevents excessive downward travel of the crossbeam, safeguarding both the equipment and test specimens.
